Yanicel is the best. Professional, helpful, understood exactly what I wanted and had perfect recommendations. Delivery was easy and the furniture came in perfect condition. Couldn't be happier with the service, responsiveness and I'm enjoying my new couch, kitchen table and chairs and TV entertainment stand.
Not happy with the service in this store, bought a sofa set , more like an L shape and within two years of purchase material started to shipped off started with the pillows, called rana and sent pictures opened a claim and was told at rana that my so call plan of protection had already expire therefore they couldn't do anything , they did not even bother to help out , now I'm stuck with this furniture getting worse at the days goes by. It would very helpful if the staff or seller would tell the costumer these piece of furniture is beautiful and easy to clean, but the material is not great within a year or two is going to tear , shipped off its own material that would be a plus. I bought a year ago a bench plus three chairs also paid for the protection plan, in a year and three months of purchase I noticed a tear right on the center of it ,, reported it to protection plan with pictures and got an email saying that it's not cover in their plan because it looks like material issue not covered in their protection plan . Called rana and was told we'll send us pictures we will open up a claim , but we can't guarantee any help . So now I'm stuck with these furnitures bought at the same place and now that I need the help or solution to fix this , rana and the protection plan refuses to help . Now I don't know what to do with these items , I'm pretty sure el dorado etc would have fix these asap,. Very upsetting With the replies of these companies..
